What to say at the border? Girlfriend, Fiancee or "Just Friends"? (long message)

Well, we didn't meet online.  We met on a trip I took overseas, but then the relationship continued to grow via online stuff (skype-because it's cheap-emails, txts etc).  We've visited each other and had a great vacation together this past summer.  Anyways, I agree with Imm........always tell the truth.  If you lie, you'll have to remember the lie, and it takes more effort.  I wouldn't dream of lying to the officer, but I do wish there could be some "definite certainties".
