I have went for an in interview for spouse sponsorship to canada and i bring all the document of my wife visit to jamaica and time we spent in NY too.but the immigration office didnt seems to be very happy with my interview and still believe my married is not genuine.we got decline from within canada and now reapply for out of canada so i just want to know why would they keep my passport and birth-certificate.

yes you can you can send a CSE and ask for a status don't know if you will get an answer or you can just wait KGN return pp in about a mth did u leave a prepaid postage slip with them for them to send back your documents or no

Hey kediesha have you herd of any cases before where after interiew the office takes passport and birth certificate and didnt issue a visa

i know but she didnt say i dont get but what she did say she have to consult her supervisor then get back to me in 2 weeks.so is it possible for them to use the same reason they decline my inland sponsorship for the outland ?

Yes it is very possible especially if there hasn't been any significan changes between both application basically if you got denied and the just reapplied without providing significant proof to show the relationship is genuine then you are looking a a decline

but we did provide lots of evidence eg pics of visit together,bank account,my car registration that i still have in canada,skpe conversation,phone bills,phone cards,facebook msg,etc

but is funny cause i gave her them and she didnt even look at most of them then she gave me back all of them and keep the passport and birthcertificate.i taught she would keep all the evidence and she didnt go though the pics or nothing with me.i wonder why,but she did look at the pics though.

if you are declined they will mail back your passport to you along with other documents or they may call you to come pick it up so in a month's time from when they have it please be patient
