Hi Friends/Senior Members,

I have applied under new law in Sept'08 and i am not on Priority List.
In my application i have not given details of my Wife work Experience,BUT her occupation is in the demand List.

Now can i send a request to make her a Prime applicant in Existing Application and will send all her Documents to CIC.

OR
I have to withdraw my application and has to send a new application with my wife as Prime Applicant.

At present my wife is not working but she has a three Years  of working Expericence in Field which is on the Priority List issued by CIC. Does it have any issue.

Thanks

As per my opnion, you have to re-submit your case in which your wife will be primary applicant

As long as the three years are within the last 10 years, you are in the clear (in fact only 1 year is enough).
But remember, that is only applicable for the magic 38 list of occupations.

For the best points, she should have 4 years of total work exp in the last 10 years.

But, you would need to explain well why you did not give details of your wife personal history in your application when they ask you.
So, think of a good reason.

I think some one in this forum mentioned that you can have to parallel application. I would advise you to do a search in the forum on that.

And, you can send separate app where your spouse is principal applicant.

Yes I confirm that.

You can withdraw your application and then submit a new one with your wife as the principal applicant. It does not matter that your wife is not currently working as long as she has had the job that is in the priority list, in the past 10 years (you only need one year).
