what to do

hi im currently working as caregiver in canada for almost 2 years now.just wondering and i have lots of questions on my mind so im looking forward somebody can help me out ,this coming july 25,2009 my working permit and contract will be expire and ididnt know what to do i never ask my employer yet if she will recontract me or not so what if she wont recontract me? and my visa will expire right after my contract ,its very clear im not allowed to stay here in canada cause in my wp its says you should leave canada july 25,2009 .so what if my employer will recontract me is she need to renew the working permit or i will just need to pass the paper of application for my PR. because i dont really have idea and i want to make sure dont want to be contented what other people says want to make sure before its to late...hope and looking forward that someone will help me out of this questions thanks a lot......
