what to do if file gets accepted followed by PR

got acceptance for masters here in usa for fall 2011 but if my file gets approved is it possible for me to finish my study here which ends in spring 2012. Or should i not consider this accepatance, my story is that the university is asking me to submit the financial documents and the accetance letter signed so that they will start their processing of enrollment.But i am in doubt if i have to leave this country as my file to canada gets accepted will i be able to commute here in usa from canada and complete my 1.5 yr course? please friends suggest. Any advice would be of great help. Thank you.

You can get your Canadian PR and can study for 1.5 years in USA. Commuting between USA and Canada is quite easy. All you have to be careful that you stay 2 years in 5 years time in Canada to renew your Canadian PR.
