WHAT TIME MY CASE WILL TAKE

I have total 78 ponts including IELTS and job offer points
I have approved job by FSW.
I have cleared IELTS test on 20 november 2010 with 5.5 band overall.
I am applying for fast track PR under category no. 2133 or 2147.

On 29 sep 2010 FSW deptt. mail me to submitt my full documents at New Delhi visa office upto 27 jan 2011.

Now on 15 jan 2011 I have sent my full documents to new delhi visa office.
Now what time my case will take to complete?
what will be next procedures?

If u have job offer letter.then ur file processing will be fast. Probably in 3-4months.z
