What this letter mean ?

We have recieved today a letter - after sending the application since 3 weaks , 3 letters with return paper ( from our application ) but that paper has our sign.... it was the agreement letter...
with my client ID .... above ....

That sounds like your letter of approval to sponsor. They include the paper you signed- for the sponsorship undertaking. You would have to read the letter to be sure... does it say, "You have been approved to sponsor"?

You are only supposed to send a photocopy of the sponsorship agreement, so if you send the original, it will be returned to you (no, this does not cause complications; they photocopy it themselves before returning the original).
