What that process and whats going on?

My application story was;
We received your application for permanent residence on April 26, 2011. (CIO)
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 3, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. (CIO)
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October 24, 2011. (VO)
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. (VO)

After I get PER e-mail on July 14, 2011.... No body contact me or send any AOR letter etc, Processing start etc...

Now today I saw this updates.. What is that..

Do anyone know or be advice about this application process?

I think this problem has been discussed many times, do search and see.

Anyways, seems like a refusal coming your way. If its not an e-Cas error.

Send inquiry to Visa Office and ask......Thats your best bet,.

Thank you for your response. You are right sorry I found about this subject discusses in the forum. I have a different question if you know or anyone; After 26 June 2010 applicants; Do they need after CIO- PER approve; 120 day deadline in send again support documents to their Visa offices or they need to wait their Visa office will be contact for next process?
