if yr purpose is to get a job then u should try to apply for u if u are in Canada. If u are married to a Canadian, then are u a permanent resident already? 2ndly, why are u going to attend school for? 3rdly, what do u mean by a good job and what kind of job and where do u plan to get one? these are all open questions which no one can help u unless u can provide more details!

Aman you have to get your studies evaluated by local Canadian education authorities before applying for a job in your field.

with yr English proficiency level and yr written English, i can see why u cannot clear ILETS! Yr qualification will not be recognised in Canada as an Engineer or even a Technologist! U will definitely need to go back to School to have a qualification that is up to the Canadian Standard! With yr English proficiency level, the Canadian Educational authorities will also have doubts on yr degree! To achieve that C$20 an  hour standard, u will either need to be re-trained as a technologist or an Engineer in Canada. It will be very hard with yr current state of educational level or qualification to even achieve that pay scale with NO canadian local technologist experience. Wake up to reality and be ready to be re-trained if u want to make some decent income here!
