Dear friends

I want to know that after landing and be able to leave Canada for my marriage in Iran what should I do in Canada and how long does it takes? For example how long does it take to get my PR card?  Because I am planning for my wedding.

Thank you

It takes around 4 weeks to receive your PR card. After that you are free to leave and come back any time.

 I don't think that you can leave as a new landed immigrant and come back "any time".  I believe there is a time limit and if I am correct you cannot leave more than 2 years out of five.

I'm First Nation North American Indian & immigration has always been an interest to me. I believe we do need immigrants to keep Canada strong.

Wrong, 2 years in 5 in Canada to maintain PR status.
