what r eligible occupations?

All seniors please could u please guide me in this regard please:
The cic website shows 29 eligible occupation list(link posted below)

As we go through the NOC website we see different unit groups,so which occupations are eligible either cic website for which i have pasted the link above or this one below

as my NOC is 1122 but i have seen people have applied under the noc 1231(in july 2011) which we apparently cannot see on cic website?
i need ur advice please

The person who applied under noc 1231 must have had a job offer in Canada.
