I am Pakistani origin and got Canadian PR last year, currently working in United Arab Emirates, my wife is Egyptian and working here too.

We are expecting baby in November,  My wife is Egyptian and baby will get Pakistani passport because  I am Pakistani, the Egyptian doesnt give passport to the baby whose father is not Egyptian.

- Will there be any problem coz baby will have Pakistani passport but wife Egyptian?

- What paper are required for immigration of my wife & newly born baby.

1.  No.
2.  As you are a PR you must return to Canada, take up residence and sponsor your wife and child.  see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html
3.  To answer a question you didn't ask, it is extremely unlikely that your wife and child will get a TRV to accompany you to Canada.  They will have to wait overseas while you sponsor them.
4.  I hope that you didn't marry prior to "landing"
