Hello Everyone,

It came to my mind this question since I have read that 80% of those who are In Process are eventually approved. And, that 95% of those who have received MR.  Are these STATS acceptabled?

Please share your comments if possible...

Omm,

I just want to know if in fact, an average of 20% of those with In Process are rejected since I am not an expert on these matters.

With cases in which applicants have been asked for MR, I have read that just a tiny 5% is rejected. Itīs this right?

When status is In-process means your eligibility for FSW 67points is over and VO looking for rest of documents, if something wrong or fraud with documentation then person will rejected. After medical those are rejected whose medical report are not good enough or if medical report are ok but background or security problem of those people even it will rejected, after medical rejection is rare even VO will send detailed letter of rejection.
Rejection within in-process have many factors like bank balance are not good enough or fund is not of the applicant , educational , experience etc factors will look out in detail when case is In-Process.

I have had the In Process Status since Nov 23 2010 and VO has not contacted my ex- employers for verification. Anyhow, I feel very comfortable with the info I submitted. Hope they ask for MR within the next 4 months or so.

My file also In-process and even VO still not contacted my employer too. my file in process since 07/23/2010 lets see what will be result.

hi
i apply before and my status came in process and after that i recived rejection becouse they give me 66 points .
its mean it will happen after in process maybe they will reject any one

Thats depend on VO and process on your case & full documents too, but 66points are not enough to eligible, so sad you miss 1 point only, this time VO is not accept even 1point less.
Mostly term of E-case status in-process is eligibility review is completed.

OMM why did they ask for sample on your techincal documentation for your project> is this normal procedure/best practice?
