What next? After Recieving Approval That Im Qualified to Sponsor

Hello,
I just recieved approval that I can sponsor from CIC. I am sponsoring my husband who is in Nigeria. The visa office responsible is accra, ghana. I was wondering what is the next step after reciveing the approval that Im qualified to sponsor. I know the visa office has now sent my application to Accra. I was wondering how long it will take for Ghana to recieve it. Around how long does it take for them to start processing. What is the next notice I will probably get on my ecas.

Received application in Accra April 20,2010
Husband emailed on July 18 to appear in Accra to pick up visa

Processing times can be found in the CIC website.

Looks like it takes about 11-20 months for Accra.
