What minimum income I should have for family (3 people) that are tax free? Province is Ontario?

There is no simple answer.  A lot depends on your lifestyle, and where you live  in Ontario. If you choose a small town, you need less, but can you get a good job there?  Do you like expensive wines and a private school for your children?  Do you want a late-model car or can you use public transit?

You can see how answers could range from $30,000 to $100,000 easily.
