I received an Email from CIC with an attachment . This attachment letter is a list of documents that I have to carry with me at interview. One of the listed documents is stated as I have written here in RED : You must provide certificates for each person that links you to your relative

Please guide me

If you are claiming the 5 points for a relative in Canada, you will require your birth certificate, with your parents names.  If for example the relation is an Uncle.  You would need his birth certificate with his parents names, If he was your father's brother, then you would need your father's birth certificate, showing the same parents as the Uncle.  It would have be easier if you had stated which relationship.
