A passport number is not normally a Client ID, but without further information it is not possible to help.

Select Identification type as either

1) Immigration file number then enter identification number likeB057XXXXX

or

2) CLinet id number which is UCI number and enter that number.


Then enter surname , dob, place of birth

You don't need any passport number. Your agent is wrong.

 Pitta' The problem is that we don't know what they are trying to do.

They may be completing a form, who knows?
