what is this CAIPS notes? i have read so many treads disscussing abt it. can i order them for CHC-ND?

Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System (CAIPS), you can try this link for CAIPS, one of my friend has done for himself to understand the internal notes provided by IO.

Does ordering these notes put bad impresssion
as i heard from my representative that asking to much irritates them....................

You can read about the CAIPS FAQ online. However, it may delay the case a bit because it require the case file sent to Canada or something in that line.
