i've done my research in the internet for the average salat but I know for sure in "reality", it could be different especially for new immigrants. so if you are a new immigrant working in the field, please share the range you are getting...

thanks!

Hi Jhon,

is starting of 40K per year for QA position sounds good?

what about starting of 50K for BA?

40k is very less compared to the living cost and the inflation rate. I think one can get that much yearly package in their home country also.

So if 40K is less for new immigrants, what is the range you had when you started?  Are we in the position to ask for higher rate? or should we accept whatever is offered to get in to the field and gain more experience?
