CIC has injected more people in its history in the year 2009-2010 resulting in no necessity of more PR's in the year 2011/and probably a good part of 2012. everyone is waiting for the announcement this June/July from CIC.

I wonder what they are doing these days with no processing on their hand.
They should not be paid any renumeration now until the processing starts once again.

I agree with you Jnathan. It has been for months we have not heard from the visa offices, especially my visa office.

look, there are millions of applications on their hand now, and everyday new applications are being stored in different CHC's. I wonder what algorithm they will execute to reduce this huge backlog. sometimes i feel like they are doing processing secretly , the thing is they are not communicating with the applicants coz the quota is full.

Maybe they dont have enough manpower required to attack the number of files recieved each day.

I suggest they employ some of us immigrants...

Come to think of it ....how many new immigrants does the government employ?

the real issue for CHC delay is that they are busy post-elections, setting up cabinets and arranging ministers all over again. once this is done, everything will go in full swing
