Can anybody help me to know the possible reasons for Bank Draft to be not cashed after 2 Months from sening the applications?

did they receive the application. Did you courier it?

If they did receive it, perhaps its in a queue. Someone said recently that the turn around time for CIO is 2 months now.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

They received it on 8 June 2009 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
