Saskatchewan Employment Supplement (SES) is extra money for lower-income families with children.
It is a monthly payment that adds to income from a job, farming, self-employment, or from child or spousal support.

I assume you the GST/HST credit program.
It issues payments to Canadians with low and modest incomes to help offset all or part of the GST/HST they pay on the purchase of goods and services.

Have you looked at http://www.socialservices.gov.sk.ca/sap-handbook.pdf
