What is the different between CDD and MCH?

What is the different between CDD and MCH?

HI all,
I usually send emails to CHC London and got a reply with CDD signature. But the last reply the signature was by MCH
Immigration and Medical Services Division High Commission of Canada.
I want to know if there is any difference between them?Why??

these must be initials of canadian officials......

Yes, I know that . My file is under b/s checks. they usually answer and signature with CDD for 4 years
but their last reply was with MCH Immigration and Medical Services Division.
I am waiting for medical and and the last signature was by Immigration and Medical Services Division!
I want to know if there is any difference between them?
