Hi experts,

I am very confused in the processed procedures of applying skilled worker.  I am at the stage of medical requested and paid my landing fee to Buffalo immigration since Jul 2009.

However, in Feb I did my interview and the interview didn't go so well. The officer asked me to resubmit my documents to the office again. I resubmitted my documents to office at the end of September 2010.  When I did my interview, does immigration have to send me a letter to state that they want me to resubmit my documents in written format? They only told me in verbally so my lawyer didn't resubmit requested documents to the office right away. My lawyer is checking on CAIPS Notes through Ottawa. The processing time of this kind of request takes 30-60 days to come through. My lawyer is working so slow, he didn't really do his work. I have to remind him to do the work.

Since then I haven't heard anything from lawyer nor immigration at all. Can anyone tell me what can I do? I feel like am waiting in the air without any response from any parties.

Please advise me

When your lawyer gets the CAIPS notes, you will find out what is going on.  When did he order them?

Hi Leon,

My lawyer submitted CAIPS Notes last week of September 24, 2010 to Ottawa. We are still waiting for the response.

Any advise?

Leon, I also post questions on visitor forum. Hope you would be able to answer too. It is chance of getting visitor visa.
