Hi,
I was nominated by Manitoba province under General Stream and submited my PR application on 2nd june 2011 and was received by 3rd June 2011 at London visa office and up till date I have not receive AOR and file number. Is anybody in my shoes? Please share your experience. What time should I be expecting AOR.

That depends on your local embassy but usually takes within three to six months.

I applied to London, UK embassy for PR in October and received AOR by email within one week.

I assume the speedy AOR is to do with the new Barcode forms that were put in place from July this year.

Just waiting for Medical Request now......
