Hello everyone,

I'm in the process of approaching some of my old employers to get references off them. I just wanted to check with you guys on the forum if the information i'm asking for is sufficient enough and acceptable to the embassy. Please can you advise if i've missed something out.

It has to be printed on company letterhead showing the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company's official seal(if they have a stamp)

It has to state the specific period of employment with the company.

The position held

Main responsibilities

Total annual salary

If a business card is available they want to see it

It has to be signed by the immediate supervisor and has to be a hardcopy.

Thanks guys. I look forward to seeing your comments.
