what is really happening

dear fellow friends,
     Am beginning to get worried abt my appplication.i had my medicals on feb 17 2007 x the result was sent to paris on the 26th of feb 2007 but uptill the moment i ve not heard from accra or paris.this is over three months.what do u guys think,i ve so many things to do but i cant just make a move cos this is affecting my plans.soj

I am in the same situation like yours. I currently live in the UK. i submitted my application for PR in 2001 with the Accra mission, did my medicals in September last year 2006, and i am still waiting for PPR letter from Accra. Be patient and prayerful; i am sure it will all turn out well in the end. I must admit though, that it can be very frustrating having to wait this long.

I am also in the same position it has passed almost 7 months from my medicals and they still haven't contacted me and asked for the PP anyway be patient as this delay is due to the background and Security checks which take so much time and it is very annoying

Recently a friend on another forum got reply after 11 months of medical. Within next 10-15 days his ppr and visa was done and he is going to land in a week or so.
Therefore donot worry.. some times it takes time to get reply after medical.

You are aright Soj; unfortunately this is what we have to deal with, when we decided to apply for.

So I feel lucky since I had 4 months to perform all the arranges for our moving

Hopefully you will receive the PPR very soon (you may start planning all the moving stuff ahead)
