Dear India123

I dont agree that sooner he/she will get pp request. There are many other things like background checks and security checks .

Afterwards , there is medical request still pending ?

So how one can receive pp request before all these things primarily medical request.

Dear Freinds

Thanks for your replies.

Haral : For Case Review , Do they again cross verify the mentioned NOC's  duties and Minimum points requirments ?

How many chances are there for  rejection after 2nd AOR .

yes Vicky... Visa office reviews the whole application once again especiallly the parts which makes you eligible (67 or more points).. almost everything at this point is crucial... rejection or acceptance depends on the quality of your app. have you provided all they asked for in VO checklist? Have you explained any alternative document if you could`nt provide what they had asked for? e;g. secondary school certificate incase u dont have birth certificate (just an example)...............

AOR generally just means that they have recieved your application...

Hope its of help.

2nd AOR means they recieved your documents and issue you 2nd immigration file number from your local visa office CHC, after 2nd AOR your application will be going to verify by VO and if your points are 67 or more to eligible for PR then next will your e-case showing you "In-Process" or if VO ask about any documents then VO will contact you during this process. i.e mostly in Back ground process, vo ask to submit original degree or school certificates etc.
just follow your e-case status, and dont compare with others e-case status , it will different then your application. keep in mind that all applicant don't have same flow of e-case status. but general e-case status information is already provided in the cic website when you look your E-case. everything is mentioned on CIC website.
