what is medical inadmissibility

hi der! just want to asked what is ground for medical inadmissibility? does a child who has a chd-tetralogy of fallot cause for medical inadmissibility? but he has no confinement re with his heart condition, and he is in good health. please need some advice. our papers  still on process. im just worried if this will cause for the refusal? what should we gonna do? need help pls. tnx....
