Hi guys,

did you manage to receive any email from CIC London recently? I've emailed them before regarding change of mailing address- they didn't reply but they updated e-cas profile in a few days. I've emailed them three times already and received no reply regarding our app status. probably, they don't do replies but pls tell me if you received any.

look, for me, each time I used the online form (Specific Case Inquiry), I received a response in timely manner, however, In the times I emailed directly to the earlier email address, I got no replies (whether I used the email with (re-) or without). This is not a case that can be generalized, but this is what happened with me.

So better you keep use the (Specific Case Inquiry)!

Hi Mezo2009! Thank you for your reply. I've sent case specific inquiry too in May through cic website form and haven't received any response, even an automatic one  - I was thinking that they had system shut down, but mb not the case
