FSW1  You have at least one years experience in the past 10 years in an occupation on the list of "29"
FSW2  You are working legally in Canada and the employer has given you a letter stating they will employ you full time once are a PR or you are outside Canada, and an employer has obtained an Approved Employment Option from HRSDC which states they will employ full time once you receive PR.
FSW3  No longer exists.

So FSW1 means having 1 years of experience at Managerial level for the applied category, in the past 10 yrs of employment history. Is that right understanding?

No, it has to be in this list to be eligible, 1 years experience is required, but you still are required to have 67 points.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

Yes PMM, I meant provided all 67 points are met for one of the listed categories, and applicant should have 1 yr of managerial exp in past 10 years.

Please read the link to the "29" jobs most of them are not managerial.

Sorry abt confusion.

Well I applied for 0213 (it category) before it was removed from the list, so I was under assumtion that like 0213 category all other jobs shold also have 1 yr of managerail exp out of 10 yr of work experience in same field. Thanks for your responses, really appreciate it.
