I am filling the form IMM0008 [Application for Permanent residence in Canada], and
am wondering there is column just under the column "For office use only"
called "Date of receipt stamp at post".

What is that? Do I need to do anything for this part?

Thanks!

Leave that part alone. That's for internal use to track application date of receipt.
