1. Your last BF'D was on 13/2/2011, while the case file was found to be 'acceptable' on Paper Screening during 01/9/2010.
2. Yes, it's expected that the 'older' backlog would see light of the day this yr.

Qorax

BLESS YOU !!! I hope that this does happen. Though I have applied as PA and new appli, but, you never know.
Anyways Qorax dear, please tell me, would the VO ask for all new Application pack/documents etc once our 2006 applications become active, if ever.
THANKS

- 'ABV' is the initials of a staff.
- 'PCCx1' means One 'Police Clearance Certificate' received.
- 'PAed' meant your file had gone to the 'docs storage area' [gestation pd for filing].
- 'IMM1017S' is the Med forms... the VO had requested despatch of it on xyz date [that u didn't mention].

Hi Qorax,

I am a 2007 applicant and I got my GCMS few days back. I have some questions after I saw the GCMS
1- What does due date means. Does it mean they will start something on that day or that is the deadline. My medicals shows due date in 22/09/2011 so can I expect it before that date or only on that day they will send out. the same date i can see for my security and criminal checks as well

2- but my PAPER FILE SENT TO PA    FILE BF'D TO: RET ON 12-12-2012.... as i understand it means the VO will open my case only on this day??? or this is the day when he will finalize my case??

Looking for ur comments

cheers

If nothing to be happened on or after that day (BFD)Then?

How many BFD's they generate ?

What is the time line between two BFD's?

Thanks

1. The 'due date' is an expected date when that action should be taken - it could be done prior to that as well.
2. That's a 'deadline date' - things could work-out before that as well.

1. Our case processing moves from BF'D to BF'D.
2. Any no. of BF'Ds could occur in a case file, depending on the processing requirements.
3. Usually, the BF'Ds would be 1-3 month's apart, depending on the handling speed of the VO; & the action requirement.

The 'working' BF'ds r 1-3 months apart, usually.

Hi Qorax,
I have a question
I got my CAIPS results last week and it is like this:
PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF'D TO: PPS ON 2O-12-2O1O
which 2O-12-2O1O is exactly 9 months(9 month is the period they say Damascus will complete the processing of the application) after the damascus visa office got my complete application
i just wonder why it hasnt been updated yet? and as long as my BFD is out dated, when they are going to pick my file and
update that date for me???
