Qorax pls, could I draw yr attention on my situation....?
I had sent full doc. on 18th March 2010 at CHC ND. On may 10 ,2010 my file was updated as In PROCESS and I had got additional doc. Request dated for same date(10 may 2010) to clarify more on my employment letter with 30 days deadline date. It was submitted on 2nd june 2010. Towards the last week of June my employer had got a verification call asking for a single question if he knows me . He had replied that I am one of the employee at his institution than he was thanked for the information and informed that the information was enough for that time as he had asked if they need anything more about me.
Since than I have not got any info. and my ECAS shows IN PROCESS, sometime they change my mailing address for my representative and sometime for me. They have removed my old application record frm ECAS almost 1 month ago. I am not contacted directly yet.
But, neither I have got any info of Interview appointment nor Medical request rather almost all April applicants of my NOC has got their medicals but I have got nothing yet, so what might be my application status, could you pls guess?
pls be informed that one of the T. No of my employer between Two ( printed on company letterhead) has been changed now a days but I have not informed about it to VO as I have sent even Cell no of my Principal with his business card and one T. No of letterhead is still in use)

It's a "deadline" BF'D. Meaning? - by then your file should have been decided upon, else - a "must" review date.

U cannot know w/out obtaining your CAIPS Notes. But, why do u want to know that? And what difference would it make anyway? However, generally speaking, your BF'D would be the "deadline date" - as depicted in your 120 days letter. Qorax |

But i dont get that type of letter.... Only i got a letter that they receive my document and provide a new file no..... i found this line in CAIPS note ""ACKN LTR C50-08 SENT" , PLS REFER TO DOC CHECKLIST MISSING ITEM" please let me know what should i have to do. |

Acknowledgement Letter C50-08 Sent.C50 refers to Bill C-50 of IRPA, which was passed for the Simplified Processing System. It's the current PR processing Bill of CIC. If u have the AOR pls check if there was anything mentioned about any "missing doc". If none - send an email to your CHC... Just a causal one enquiring "if everything was Ok & if u had anything further to submit?" Qorax |
