Hi Qorax the genious! my Ecas changes from Application Received to " IN PROCESS" early this October 2011, and when I clicked on it , it has 3 lines. " Your application received November 2010" , " We started processing your file September 2011" "Medical have been received". I did my Medical and sent it to Ottwa last July 2011. my file was transferred from buffallo to detroit last August 2011. then October 2011 my ecas changed from application received to Inprocess quoting the 3 lines I mentioned above.
I was expecting the next stage will be the passport request but last week, I received an email from detroit asking for my CENOMAR or original copy of Certificate Of No Marriage. I am now confused. I sent the document through fedex and expected to received them last week. Does it mean that my file is still on hold or check after the medicals results have been received. Does it mean It will again took long time for my papers to be processed even if I send already the document they need? coz I dont get any acknowledgement letter that they received the document. I tried to email them but the response was the computer generated answer that says they will not respond to enquiries unless its an emergency case.
Sorry I have so much questions. I am lost.

Thanks for the very precise information.. your such a big help!
By the way im an applicant for FSW and i have a question about our application..
We send our medical result last 9/05/11 and was able to receive a request for additional information (specifically NBI clearance) last 9/21/11 and send the said docs last 9/23/11 and as of present time we didnt receive any reply..im quite anxious about it.. many thanks and God bless

Hello Captain Qorax and Janathan and Other Contributors
I have today received my CAIPS report and I need help from QORAX and other seniors please. If there is such a guide, please advise.
There are three things really that I must know.
Status--------- SEC CRIM (What Does it means? Is my criminal check OK?)
Medical --------Stage Validity
IMM1017S Requested -------30 July 2010(Not yet received any Medical Request)
File BFD ------PCL on 25.10.2011. BFD is bring forward date. What is PCL on 25.10.2011
I never received a request for IMM1017S, that is the medical request. Right.
Where it says CIC Nme; or agent; is blank space. This means that no Visa Office has yet been allocated to my file. Right?
I am a NOC4131 applicant from Pakistan. Applied in Dec.2009, recived fees etc 14.1.2010, 120 day mail 5 March 2010, 2ND AOR 30 June 2010.
Nothing since then.
My son born in November 2011 has not been added and neither they have charged my debit card. I gave them my UK debit card number.
They have only given me 10 points for my age, 31 but everything else is 0. Total points 10.
What is happening. By this speed, I shall never get a decision in my natural life.
Advice please seniors.

-That's a soft way of telling that u've to wait... u r in queue. -BDEC will remain blank for a longtime. -SECCRIM-1 depicts ur PCCs r cleared. |
