 I am curious to know what is a Doc request???

I see that on some people on this forum who have "Doc Request: waived!". What does that mean?

doc request means if the vo need additional documents then they will let u know.............

I am curious to know if the VO does not request for additional documents then how much time can that shave off the waiting period?

it all depends on which visa office and if u have a completed application and if the visa officer believe u marriage is real.........everything should go faster ..........but like i said it all depends
