what is 2nd AOR

Hello all,

what is second AOR? Is it the document that visa office send us to ask to submit medical reports with other information?

My visa office is Buffalo. I initially submitted my document in October 2009 and than full documents in May 2010. Usually how long it take to process the application at buffalo.

2nd AOR is acknowledgement that your full docs have been received by visa office and has been put in queue for processing. The AOR time depends on Visa office, ND sends AOR in 3 weeks and Buffalo takes more than 3-4 months.

Please check following thread to get an Idea regarding AOR status of applicants who sent full docs to Buffalo in May

Medical request is not part of 2nd AOR but will be send seperately after your file is processed. MEdicals are an indication that you may get Visa soon
