I got my alberta nomination, applied for immigration, and sent the fingerprints as the last document left, received by buffalo office on march 2, i haven't received any file number so far ... and then, my wife became pregnant ... according to the general calculation .. i should get medical in May or June .... and my wife will have 5th or 6th month ... my question is ... will they allow us to move or will ask us to wait for the delivery?

Hi!
They will probably put your case on hold if you did not provide the medical yet.
Your pregnant wife can not be x-rayed. As I know they will not complete the medicals then.
Are you expecting to move to Canada or are you in Canada already?
