Usually, they will ask you to do it again or if your file reaches its final stage, then there's a chance that they issue your visa faster. There are few cases we've seen in both situations.

normally after expiry medsa re doen again. i alogn with many other pakistani applicants have undergone re medicals after expiry and we are nwo watiign for ppr.
