I am in KSA on work permit and going to apply under FSW from CHC-London with family, my spouse lives with my family in Pakistan please advice if interview required so they call me only or spouse as well. As per stated on www.cic.gc.ca "all above 18 need to be appear in interview", so if I give an explanation to CHC - London that she is not with me and impossible to bring her immediately so they may consider my request??

I think they will send you a letter showing the date for your interview and the during you need to appear in that.

Actually the problem is in KSA that during HAJJ season they didn't issue UMRAH and VISIT visa anymore. Due to this reason I'am wondering that if they call during this season how would I manage it...

Anyway thanks for your comments..

It is not the usual practise to interview the spouse of a skilled worker applicant.

Yes you can do medical in diff country than your spouse but both doctors have to be in the CIC list
