Hi all,

Please do advise what to do if the old employer closed his business, in that case does there any need to specify the same in the Full application to be sent to New Delhi or one should send the experience certificate only without mentioning about the continuity of the business of the old employer. Please do advise which is safer?

This is why most of the visionary people collect their experience and reference letters upon their resignation from any org. As you didnt, mention why you cant provide them now. CIC always reads the explanations, but I cant guarantee you about the acceptance of the explanations you'd provide to cic.
