I got my boss signature and business card on my letter of reference.

The company really does not have the letterhead paper and official seal.

What can I do? Does it matter?

Create one is simple if you have a friend who is graphic designer do it a s long as the details are correct and genuine

Hi,
Employer signatures must be genuine. After that give stamp and copies of letter head to your employer as a gift. Remember, immigration people may contact your employer to verify the info.
