Any NON ACCOMPANYING Family members (Children/Wife) also have to undergo Medicals as well, and, you also need to submit there details in Application.

If you make 67 Points you can apply. Although a valid reason for not including dependents should be at hand.

well the main reason im not including them is just bcoz of financial or POF issue bcoz my funds will be ready later stage. so i dint wish to waste the time and miss out on the CAP .... what i meant is that if i can just apply for the FSW just showing my details and later after 1 year or so how can i bring them also to canada to stay with me ?

Hmm not sure about the Proof of Fund thing. BUT if you are applying alone, then it should be for 1 only. Again not sure how it goes down with Visa Office.

If you get the PR and settle in Canada, you can sponsor family via Family Stream.

Not if he is already married.  If he is married now and does not include them on the application, even non accompanying dependents, then he may have some problems to bring them later on.  Especially if CIC determines he was married prior to filing of the application.  Although I am not sure what the original poster means by his family (wife and/or kids, parents).
