what happens with my appl. for PR MPNP in Buffalo if I come back home to Ukraine

Hey, guys.

I'm studying in Canada in an English language program. My application was sent to Buffalo 3 months ago (haven't received AOR yet). I've already renew my Study permit once and I'm going to renew again.
My questions are:
1) What happens with my application in Buffalo if immigration won't renew my study permit and I'll have to go back to Ukraine?
2) Does Buffalo transfer my application my country's office (Kiev) atomaticaly or I'll have to do some actions in that case?
3) May be somebody have had similar experience. Pleas sher with my.
