Fianlly received my PR Visa, so we are hoping to arrive in Montreal in November, problem now is that we supposed to be staying with my husbands family but they have had a stupid arguement? will I have to have an address to land, as we thought we will stay with cousin and have a look around for a suitable property to rent.  Would this be a problem, also could we land elsewhere in Canada? what about health insurance companies?

Have you received CSQ from Quebec?  I think you need that to settle in Quebec but I'm not from there so maybe another poster can answer.  You need to give CBSA an address to send your PR card.  Health insurance depends on the province where you reside, ie, the wait times until you qualify for provincial health plans.  You can buy travel health insurance that will cover you until you qualify.
