Hi there, My Wife is going to travel to Canada as a tourist for a month, she has a lot of friends there, what happen if someone offer her a Job? Could she try to get a TWP from there?
It´s just an idea, maybe it´s not possible.

Your wife would need an LMO and she would need to apply for a work permit from a visa office outside Canada. If you are from a "visa-free" country, she could get the work permit from the nearest POE.
