With the preJune process, they do verify the documents and make sure you do indeed get 67points or higher. They then do the security check and health check, but this was done after my receipt but at the visa office. They did nothing with my application once they received it but before they send me the receipt.

thanks,

now I got AOR ( first level ) my consultant is asking for IELTS,  is it mandatory?  working in US since 4yrs, why do they need IELTS?

what are the chances of rejecting any application in AOR2 process? what could be the main reasons?

I first applied in Dec 2008, Got second AOR in Feb 2009 from VO and then got RPRF, medical and PCC request in July 2010. I was fortunate that they didn't ask for IELTS.

But a lot has changed since I applied. I think since April 2010, all applicants had to do IELTS. Even when I applied, they were rejecting lots of people for not doing IELTS (perhaps not rejecting but asking them to do it). Despite that I got lucky. I don't think you should take the chance, unless you are originally from UK, Australia, NZ, South Africa, etc and you had applied prior to April 2010. Even then I won't take the chance if I were you.
