What does this mean?

My husband and I(he is from the U.S) sent in our in-land sponsorship application Nov 24th, they began processing Dec 24th and today it says on E'Cas that a decision has been made. Are they making a decision on me as the sponsor? Thanks in advance.

Yes most likely that is what it is. I imagine you will get a letter soon telling you whether you are approved in principle or it will be forwarded to a local office without approval.
