what does this mean " decision Has been made"

I have applied on the date 2009/4  and have sent all the second stage documents requirements. I think that i have meet all the criteria of eligibility. Today they have change my E client status by  "decision Has been made", what does this means, i don't understand whether they are accepting my process or they are rejecting . I am in  great confusion. pls help me to remove this

        When did u send your documents to your local visa office, did u get ur status canged to decision made, before ur medical request.

I konw that you have 2 applications at the same time. one under old rule and one under new. would you please let me konw when you go to ur ECAS web site how many lines are in front of your name and what has been written in each line and when you click on each status what is included with detail then we may help. what was your status till yesterday? I mean before changing to "Decision made".
