What does London look at?

Our visa office is London.  London should receive our application some time this week, as we've recently heard about myself being approved as a sponsor.  My question is, what exactly does London look into other than the medicals and criminal record check?  I know Mississauga looks into the sponsor, i.e. whether I'm eligible to sponsor, but other than the above mentioned, what does London or any other visa office look into?  Just curious as to how it all works really.  Thanks!

they check to make sure the relationship is legit so they go over forms and then they do background check security check look over meds also check to see if sponsor still qualify
